Scotland 2018 Travel Diary (Afterwards) Day 10

Isle of Bute! We heard a lot of stories. “Skye is beautiful but crowded” “There are other islands which are beautiful too” etc. etc.. But when we took the 2 min ferry to the Isle of Bute we had no idea what to expect. Its small but beautiful. I dont know what to say. We drove around the whole island and walked to the little Lighthouse in the middle of nowhere. Pictures say more then words! This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been!

Scotland 2018 Travel Diary (Afterwards) Day 9

Woke up on the beautiful Island of Skye. Drove back to the mainland and went to the Glenfinnan Viadukt. If you’ve seen Harry Potter this should look familiar.

Whats really crazy about this. After we arrived at the Viadukt it was the first time after nearly 10 days that we met a looooot of tourists. So we were pretty sure that we have left the lonely roads and have to struggle way more traffic. So we took smaller routes which took a little longer, but were not that crowded!

Scotland 2018 Travel Diary (Afterwards) Day 5+6

Since the last post was a bit short I decided to post two days today. Still on Orkney Islands. Visited the Highland Park Distillery. And just drove the next 24 hours around Orkney. Just a magical place. No trees and endless landscapes. So beautiful! The Ring of Brodgar was incredible to see! Google it! Went so see some cliffs again. And the last few pictures are from the ferry back to the mainland. Just dove a couple of kilometres to the city Tounge where we stayed the night. And yes. There are Pumas around that area. Luckily we haven’t seen one!
Are you ready for baby lambs? See you tomorrow guys!

Paris Travel Diary Day 2

Here is day two with a bunch of more pictures. First we went to the Marché aux Puces flea market. Which I heard a lot before. But when you walk around this area with over 3000 stands its just incredible. Bought to much. Wanted to buy much more. Got me some vintage Justin leather boots from the 60s and some old magazines.
Also ate something in a nice restaurant. But beware “Encornet” looks pretty like “Entrecôte” when you read the card pretty quickly.

Rainy rainy cold days here in Paris. So we thought a museum would be nice. Went to the European Photography Museum. Left everything in the locker. So just a few iPhone pics.

Decided to see the Eiffel Tower at night. Love the fog up there. Was a really different view this time. Went to Le Bulette for some wine and food. If you watched every Munchies video on Youtube, this place should look familiar!
