Would you like to test our service?

Sounded like a spam e-mail to be honest. But I replied and indeed, Jonathan replied and asked me if I want to get a free test print from zor.com. Never heard of it before but why not right? I never had a decent Alu-Dibond print and since I’m moving in Oktober I thought this would be the best choice. I also told them that I just do honest reviews especially when sponsored. They agreed.

I’ve really searched my archives. Decided to print a picture from Dublin I took in early 2016. South wall is little path that goes 1km in to the ocean to be honest to the Dublin lighthouse. It was quite stormy weather and I was soaked. But I love this shot!

Upload tool from zor is super easy to use. If you are more advanced you can download their icc profile and prepare the picture for a even more perfect results.

After a week it arrived in the office. They provided a DPD tracking code which I really liked. Packing was incredible good. Never head such a safely packed print. The quality of the print is very good. Sharpness and colours are everything I could ask for. Prices are totally ok! I would always pay a bit more to get a better result and better packaging.

I don’t say any names, but there are a few german printers you probably know from their TV commercials. I cant understand how you can offer a 20€ 120cm x 80cm canvas print. That cannot be good.
As a photographer I want a payable service and I think with zor you are good to got.

Thanks guys, can really recommend your service!

Thank you Dublin for having us. Thanks to all the great people we met. Great city, great people and great beer. What else? Cheers to Julian for always “I have to get this shot!” waiting and the great company.

Thanks you all for the great words, comments, emails and whatnot. Thats why I keep doing these. Stay tuned for the next Travel Diary. Destination you may ask? I have no idea, we’ll see!

Travel Diary Dublin Day 3

This one comes a bit quicker. Had time to edit these, since we probably watch the Super Bowl game now. Dublin/Ireland had a big game day today too. The Rugby match Ireland vs. Wales took place in Dublin today (Draw: Ireland:16 Wales:16). City was crazy packed. So we decided to visit the Guinness Brewery and the Jameson Old Distillery. If you ever visit Dublin I highly recommend those two tours. I really like Jameson for a long time now and always wanted to see the old Distillery. Side note: I also bought too much in the gift shop. But thats a different story. Also read this with an irish accent, thanks mate.

Travel Diary Dublin Day 2

Day 2! We went to the Dublin Pier. Which is not so famous but beautiful! Weather was crazy though. So windy and rainy. But we walked the 2km to the lighthouse anyway. View was beautiful and the sun came as we walked back. Felt exhausted. So we got our first Guinness and some Burgers. Went on a little sightseeing route afterwards. Met some Belfast guys. Went to a pub. You probably can imagine what happened after.

Enjoy the pictures!

Travel Diary Dublin Day 1

This was kinda spontaneous. But Julian and I decided last week to go to Dublin. Found a cheap flight. And here we are. Nice Dublin weather if you say so. That means continuous rain always windy but the mood is good! Arrived in the afternoon. So we went to the city and drank our first beer. So here are some shots from yesterday. More today or tomorrow. Probably.
